Western Sky Community Care did not sign a health partner contract with HealthXnet, therefore, all Western Sky Community Care transactions are non participating subject to a non-participating charge.
Starting January 1, 2020, Medicare will only accept eligibility transactions submitted with the Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI).
Blue Cross Medicare Advantage - Acceptable Prefixes
Blue Cross Medicare Advantage only accepts the following prefixes. Using any other prefix will cause Blue Cross Medicare Advantage to respond with an error message. These prefixes are for Medicare Advantage members only and cannot be used for Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) searches, or BCBSNM will send back an error response.
YID, YIJ (NM); ZGD, ZGJ (TX); XOD, XOJ (IL); YUX, YUB (OK); YDL, YDJ (MT)
Unlimited User Accounts
Your facility gets unlimited number of user accounts for free. An Authorized Requester for a facility can complete the New User Request Form for every person that needs access to HealthXnet. Request to Add a Health Plan
You can use the New Health Plan Request Form to submit a request to add a health plan.
If you are receiving status inquiry errors, it may be a sign that a payer's system is having connectivity issues. Please check the Health Plan Status page for payer-reported issues.
If you are experiencing problems with the HealthXnet application, you may want to try and resolve this issue by clearing your browser's cache.
