We are pleased to announce HealthXnet Version 2.0 will be released on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. For a preview of the new Claims and Eligibility and Benefits systems, please take a few minutes to review the videos below.

CMS Medicare

Starting January 1, providers if you do not use the MBI (Medicare Benefit Identifier) number (regardless of the date of service) for Medicare transactions, eligibility and benefits will not be returned.

Presbyterian Eligibility and Benefits

While results for eligibility and benefits inquiries for Presbyterian members are displaying the correct eligibility dates, the links to many of the summaries of benefits are outdated. Presbyterian is working to resolve this issue. Please check back with this page for updates regarding this issue.

New Mexico Health Connections

New Mexico Health Connections did not sign a health partner contract with HealthXnet. We are working on a real-time connection through our partner clearinghouse but is not yet available.  Please check back for updates.

Western Sky Community Care

Western Sky Community Care did not sign a health partner contract with HealthXnet, therefore, all Western Sky Community Care transactions are non participating subject to a non-participating charge.

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage - Acceptable Prefixes

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage only accepts the following prefixes. Using any other prefix will cause Blue Cross Medicare Advantage to respond with an error message. These prefixes are for Medicare Advantage members only and cannot be used for Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) searches, or BCBSNM will send back an error response.


Unlimited User Accounts

Your facility gets unlimited number of user accounts for free. An Authorized Requester for a facility can complete the New User Request Form for every person that needs access to HealthXnet. Request to Add a Health Plan

You can use the New Health Plan Request Form to submit a request to add a health plan.

Health Plan Status

If you are receiving status inquiry errors, it may be a sign that a payer's system is having connectivity issues. Please check the Health Plan Status page for payer-reported issues.
